LDR Consulting managed CDBG-DR recovery programs following the historic 2016 Louisiana flooding, which impacted over 100,000 homes across 20 parishes. Our services included housing program design, environmental review compliance, duplication of benefits analysis, and subrecipient monitoring. LDR's structured approach helped the state expedite assistance to low- and moderate-income households most severely impacted by the disaster.
