Following Hurricane Maria (2017), LDR Consulting supported Puerto Rico's CDBG-DR housing and infrastructure recovery efforts. LDR provided grant administration support, action plan development, compliance monitoring, and capacity building for local municipalities. Our team helped streamline the delivery of HUD-funded programs to rebuild homes and restore critical infrastructure across the island.
